Refund policy

At SHOES CHESHIRE we want you to be completely satisfied with every pair you buy. You may return any unworn footwear within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached and in the original shoe box. To begin a return, simply email us at office@shoesofcheshire.co.uk with your order number and we will guide you through the process. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your returned goods. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or was supplied in error. Please note that gift cards and clearance items are non-refundable. If your shoes arrive damaged or defective, contact us straight away and we will arrange a free replacement or refund. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
