SHOES CHESHIRE dispatches all orders from our Nantwich premises within 1 to 2 business days of payment being confirmed. Standard UK delivery typically arrives within 3 to 5 working days, while express options are available at checkout for a faster service. Delivery estimates may vary during busy periods such as sale events and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available. We currently ship across the United Kingdom and to selected European destinations. Any customs duties or import taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient. If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please email office@shoesofcheshire.co.uk and we will investigate promptly. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier or by incorrect delivery details entered at checkout.
